The various communication channels are not intended for use by minors without the permission of their parents or legal guardians. Minors who are at least 16 years old may request a quote for organizing a trip and provide the necessary personal data for this purpose. Bretagne Autrement will make reasonable efforts to verify the minor’s age based on the information provided and the available technology. Under no circumstances may the minor finalize, confirm, or pay for the trip without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

d) Sensitive Data

Bretagne Autrement may collect special categories of data, such as health-related data (e.g., disabilities, allergies, or specific medical conditions), and may indirectly learn about the religion, beliefs, or personal convictions of the individuals concerned. However, this collection is never direct; it is based solely on inference (e.g., dietary preferences).
